IBP-PPLM Chapter Vice-President Florante Legaspi Jr. conducted a Lecture/Open Forum on Medico-Legal Responsibility and Medical Malpractice before 50 medical doctors. Atty. Legaspi was formerly a Hearing/Legal Officer at the Professional Regulation Commission. The lecture was held at the Mission Hospital in Pasig City on 29 November 2018.
