Bench and Bar Dialogue for the City of Pasay held at the City Hall on 15 November 2013. The discussion focused on the concerns regarding the speedy administration of justice, legal aid, jail decongestion and other matters. The dialogue was hosted by the IBP-PPLM and attended by the heads and representatives of the judiciary, prosecution, PAO, clerks of court, police, jail management, DSWD and guest.
